La flessibilità nel check-in, la disponibilità dell'host, la presenza nell'appartamento di tante piccole cose che hanno fatto la differenze: capsule per il caffè, tisane, tovaglioli, sapone, il letto comodo. E il silenzio nonostante la location centralissima.

Apartment is located in San Lorenzo, if you go to Termini it takes around 15 minutes, neighbourhood is quite good.
There is everything you need like iron, hair dryer etc.
There is no hot water, I read the comments of other guests and I see that this is not one off, but permanent issue reported many times by the guests but they don’t do anything with this and host was pretending that she is surprised that the water is cold.
