Superb

The location shown in google map is completely wrong. In google map the location is near gongyuanqian metro exit, so we take the metro to get there. but the actual location is near beijinglu. we must ask around, walk with many luggage, my parents, 75 and 73 years old, that is very exhausting.

nice stay, great location and apartment.

The ladies at the front desk were friendly and nice. (morning shift)The room was clean and well maintained. Fresh sheets and towels. Amazing. The location was superb. It was my second stay. Really good. The facilities provided was really good.

The elevator was very slow. I was disappointed with the front desk service (night shift). I asked for support with regards to the dryer. They didn't believe me when I mentioned that the dryer was not working. They simply showed me how to use the dryer despite having English instructions written on the dryer. I called them a second time and telling them again, the dryer was not working. They still didn't believe me. They didn't even realize that my clothes were still wet.

I am very satisfied with my stay here.

The location is SUPERB. I really love staying here. The Receptionist are all very nice and welcome and very helpful, especially Miss Yao. The Unit is very clean and homey feeling. I've stayed here a couple of times during every visit to Guangzhou. It is VERY close to Beijing Road, which has a lot of options for foods and some shoppings. Any kind of street foods are available here. I really recommend this place if you have a longer stay than 2-3nights, you can really enjoy and feel like home.

The elevator took very long, especially during rush hour. Because the building is combined with permanent apartment residences. And the hallway is damp and the living room on every floor has a very strong smoke smell (because smoking is still allowed in public in China).

Not going back.

Location is good if you want to be downtown.

Apartment on 2 floors, which is supposed to be a luxury trait, but you have to go down the stairs every time you want to use the toilet. We paid for 3 people and got service for 2 (towels, chairs, cups, etc.) and staff didn't correct this even after complaining about it. Sofa in bad shape. We found a cockroach on the fridge. Lifts take forever to go up and down! Wouldn't go back.
