The apartment is clean & nice. The staffs 董昊 & 李响 are very helpful & efficient. My room toilet water leak, I just called him & he immediately came & fixed it. They can give you information on how to go about & where to eat & shop. Their customer service is very professional. Will want to stay here again when we visit Guangzhou again & will ask my family, relatives & friends to book Still Apartment when they visit Guangzhou. Thank you for making our stay in Guangzhou a nice one.
Not that I can think of. Only the apartment lift was broken down on our 2nd day stay, hope the maintenance people repair it asap.

The elevator configuration is a little confusing on arrival as there is two different apartment complexe .

The location is superb! 5 min walking distance to Beijing Pedestrian Street, along the way there are many eateries. The room is clean; mattress, pillows and duvet are comfortable. The aircon, washing machine+dryer work well.
The room given to us was a bit tol small for 4 adults. The beds practically occupied most of the room, leaving little space to move around.
