We enjoyed our stay in this apartme

Beachfront location in a vibrant part of town with a great terrace. We were able to attend business meetings, go swimming and enjoy local entertainment in the area less than 10 minutes' walk away. The city has a small town charm and you feel safe walking around, but it is still very well connected by public transport to Barcelona and the airport. The hospitality of the hosts is at a high level and they are always ready to help.

Nice Stay in Centre of Sitges just check you've got out of hours Customer Services Dept!

Location is right in centre of the Village, if this is what suits you, - Very close to the Beach also. No shortage of Restaurants and Bars.

The photo's of the Apartment were obviously a few years old, significant wear and tear on this property, not expected, given the costs. Could do with a freshen up from the worn Ikea Furniture and floor coverings- Also a guide to the facilities inside the apartment would have been helpful. Where everything is kept, how to use the various appliances and so forth. Surprised that no previous guests mentioned this in their reviews?, but there is a large extractor Fan immediately beside the Roof terrace( Penthouse 1), coming from the next door restaurant. The smells are constant and are overbearing at times - we couldn't enjoy sitting outside, so we rarely used it - a pity as its a good size, but smells were too bad. The Water went off in the building the day before we left and we received no assistance nor communication from the Property Mngt team or a Plumber. Regardless of it being out of hours, it was a real disappointing end to our stay. Whilst I will acknowledge they allowed us 1 extra hour on departure time the following day after complaints were made. It may have been out of their control but when paying a premium this high for a property our expectations should be exceeded. Even gestures of bottled water being brought to the Building - Full of families at the time would have been a help. While the staff were pleasant and apologetic when Checking out - it was just wasn't good enough.

Perfect stay in Sitges.

I like that al communication was so easy on mail, so We could go directly to the flat from the airport. Easy with doorcode, instead off Keys or card. The appartment was just like the pictures. Big and Bright. Everything was Nice 👌👌

The location of the apartment is very good. It is located in the city center, very close to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment is clean and very well equipped. It has a beautiful terrace. Very good contact with the owners of the apartment. Check-in takes place at a different address, but it is also possible to check-in online. This is a very convenient option. I would love to come back to this apartment.

great location right in the town, a short stroll to the beach. good for families with kids 6 and up. rooftop terrace was perfect!

no air conditioning in the kids room, got kind of sweaty in that room.

Beautiful terrace views, perfect perfect location!

The apartment is already quite outdated. Terrace furniture could be replaced as well as other cosmetic reparations. Decorative pillows on the bed were not really clean.

Fantastic

Two bedrooms were perfect for our family. it was also just down a cute street from the beach.

This was clearly stated in the description but just a reminder that there are no windows overlooking the ocean or the town. there are sky lights, windows overlooking courtyards, and an amazing rooftop patio though.

Was really pleased with the size of the apartment and it’s location very central

The apartment was well located for the beach an eating and drinking places

Couldn’t seem to find any English channels on the TV. Maybe needs Netflix or something similar

Very good

Beds really comfy and shower is good and powerful.

Some basic amenities such as washing up liquid and hooks around in the bedrooms would help. Air con unit isnt that powerful or cold to spread into the bedrooms. Other than that all good.

spacious, clean and comfortable. Very good position to nightlife and beaches. impressive communication and customer service.

can get very hot without air conditioning. many stairs with no lift. I was puzzled by the request to take out the trash by ourselves (?)

Amazing

Location, location, location! Modern apartment in early 20th century building. 210m (700 feet) to the beach, 7 minutes walk to a major supermarket (Mercadona), several mini markets, many restaurants, picturesque architecture. We lost power briefly and their staff was in the apartment in 5 (FIVE) minutes and fixed a blown fuse. Customer service was exceptional, very informative, accommodating (they were able to let us in an hour earlier), very smooth process with security code, checking in, checking out.

This is not a complaint - just an observation. There is only one AC unit, in the living room/kitchen area. Bedroom could be a bit cooler, but it is manageable if you crank it up. Suggestion for improvement - more sitting area, if you use sofa (like we did) for additional guests. BUT - who goes to Barcelona/Sitges to sit in the apartment?

nice apartment in a great location.

great location very close to the nightlife and restaurants and equally as close to the beach.

the air conditioning units were situated in a position that meant if either of the two main bedrooms closed the doors, the air conditioning would not reach. as were were a group, having privacy was important to us so closing the bedroom doors meant we couldn’t get the air conditioning. made it quite uncomfortably warm at nights.

The location was perfect. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was terrific and scheduled us a driver back to the Barcelona airport.

Our only complaint was the construction noise next door.

Very good

Excellent Service. We could not book one apartment for the whole stay and had to split it between two properties. They offered us to bring our bags after the check out to the second property right away.

Usually I never book properties with a check out time before 11 am. It is simply inappropriate. No napkins at all. It is not quite civilized and simply unhygienic and inconvenient.

Exceptional

It was a beautiful apartment, super close to the beach and shopping! It had everything needed - dishes, cleaning supplies, appliances, toiletries. I was really impressed and will definitely be back for stays in the future!

Check-in was slightly confusing as I didn't notice the difference in the address in the whatsapp message. I wish it had been just a bit more explicitly explained that check-in was not on-site and at a different location, rather than just giving the address. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

Great apartment right in the centre of Sitges.

The apartment was really nice and spotlessly clean. The furniture was all good quality and it is well equipped the cutlery, crockery, plenty of towels including beach towels, bathroom products, and an iron, washing machine, dishwasher. The entry system with no keys makes it so easy. It’s located centrally and very close to the beach and the sea can be seen from the balcony. The balcony is a bit small, you can get 2 small stools to sit there. I couldn’t fault the actual apartment in any way, the interior was excellent .

The only downside is noise, I thought it may have been noisy from the street at the front during the evenings but this could not be heard from the bedroom. The problem was the bar/ restaurant right below. It is only open in the evening and played a music with strong bass so could hear the constant thud thud a lot. In fairness this did go off at midnight but then loud voices could be heard followed by the staff dragging tables and chairs once they’d closed. On the evenings I stayed out until late it wasn’t an issue but the few night I went to bed a bit earlier it was annoying. Other than that, a great place to stay.

A great apartment with all facilities required and a perfect location

Was easy to check in and create a WhatsApp account. We were informed on day of arrival when the apartment would be ready and as we had arrived earlier than check in time they had the apartment ready sooner which was great. Were allowed to check out an hour later after contacting office via the WhatsApp

Great place to enjoy Sitges and to relax on roof terrace

The modern apartment was very clean, with nice beds and bathrooms. The roof terrace is the best part. Easy communication and check-in

Considering the price, we missed simple kitchen supplies. No sponge to wash dishes, no cloth, no olive oil to cook. A dish washer, but no tablets. These things you have to buy yourself (for a stay of 3 days it means buying a full pack that you have to throw away afterwards).
