The room was beautifully painted in white and dark green and
comfortably furnished and clean.
I agreed with my friends, the beds were excellent. We were very pleased with the location as well. Highly recommend.
To be in a convenient city street means traffic noise but ear plugs are provided and air coolers if you need to keep the windows closed.
There was a flaw in the drainage in the shower and the host was quick to apologise and promised to get it seen to. As it was I was only there for 2 nights, so it wasn't a crisis, but the host kindly offered a refund which I thought very fair and for that reason, I give the accommodation top marks.

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous decor. Handy little kitchen (tea and coffee supplied).
Excellent location for arriving/departing by train, and close to attractions, parks and restaurants.

The decor was really nice and unique. The room was a good size.
Definitely not soundproof. You could hear people from outside the building, corridors and ceiling. It was advertised as soundproof but it was clearly not. Flat screen really small and not working.
