Carlotta was fantastic and so was Natasha, although I had more contact with Carlotta. Carlotta went above what her requirements were and she was excellent--cannot praise her enough. You are lucky to have her as an employee!
The Studio apartment was excellent. We had a coffee maker, fridge, air conditioning, balcony-- all were perfect.
You asked us about the air filters and we know nothing about these filters--when we left the air was working and was working on our arrival--no problems or issues with air. I don't even know where these filters go in the air system.

No phone contact at this time to the main office--I had to come down each time if I had a problem or issue--not convenient. Phone was not operating.

Great location, friendly and very helpful staff, apartment was well equipped.
The couch was very uncomfortable- hard to sit on for long.
