Avoid if you care about your health and safety

The location.

Avoid this place for your safety. The AC in the bedroom was filled with mold and the one in the living room was leaking water. There is possibly a moisture damage in the floor as a result of it as well. When we told the owner about it she reacted as if she already knew about it. We were without an air conditioner in the heatwave for days. Plus the risks of getting sick by black mold. The owner did not simply care about it. She was however very good (!) at sending us a lot of messages to ask us to check out at 10 am the day before we would leave so that they would have more time to clean. She made us sign a contract when we arrived which stated that the checkout time was 11:30. It is also stated here at Booking. We planned our departure accordingly in April. Her response to our messages was just ”we did not update the information on here, and we forgot to update the information on our contracts”. Thanks to her unprofessional behavior we had to wait 1,5 hours extra at the train with a baby. We have already filed a complain to Booking. Hopefully more people will report this place to the customer service here at before someone gets ill.

Good, but disregard for gests.

Good location. Easy to get the bus and coffees around. The air conditioning was good and has a balcony to dry the clothes.

Everything was great until the time of check-out. On the Booking.com website, it was saying that the check-out time was 11:30 am. We left all our stuff packed and at 10 am we went out for coffee at a nearby establishment, but we left our bags to pick up later and not carry weight. At 10:30 I received a message saying that we should have left at 10 am (which was NEVER warned to us, not even in the message they sent the day before talking about how to check out), because other people had asked for early check-in, and that the cleaning lady was there cleaning and our things would be in the wardrobe. I left the coffee halfway through and went to get our things. When I got there, all our food (which we were going to take to the airport) and some belongings from the bathroom were already in the trash. Complete nonsense and disregard for guests. If they had told us the day before, or even early in the morning, that we needed to leave at 10 am, we would have left without any problem.

Very good!

Very clean and well organised apartment. Very central and close to restaurants and bars.

A bit noisy, the wifi was unstable.

Nice experience

Comfortable for a family with babies and/or children as it has all the basic needs a holiday apartment should have. Quite central and plenty of restaurants and outlets nearby.

Washing machine & washroom area should have been cleaner. Parking not so easy to find.

The appartment is close to the city center. It is a good choise for a sightseeing tour for couple of days. The street was quite at the night too.

The water pressure in the bathroom was low.

Superb

It's very clean and has everything on it. At the back of the building, you can see various restaurants and shops so you can opt to cook or eat outside. The apartment is also centrally located. The train station is just a few minutes walk.

We had an issue with the shower on our first night but was sorted out by the staff. I like how prompt he is whenever there are problems in the apartment.

Apartment matches the photos and description and its located in the city center. Eleonora was very friendly and allowed us to do the check-in earlier since we landed on a early flight. I recommend it.

I should have read latest reviews before booking it or cancel it. It was a bit suspicious from the beginning when the person bringing the key told me to wait to check the room before handover.. the apartment is big enough for a family, but it was not clean at all. I needed to clean the bathroom, washing machine and even parts in the kitchen. I would have expected that the room is prepared before our arrival and not me as guest to report it. It was really obvious that the kitchen was not cleaned since months... The A/C in one room was broken, but fixed fast after one day. From time to time the remote control is not working, but this shall not be a problem (as there are 2 in the whole flat). The view from apartment was very bad, I did not expect that, however it is located in the city centre and this can be an advantage for the ones which want this. Parking was terrible unfortunately, very hard to park because everyone wants to visit the City Center and arrives by car.
