Mala experiencia

La chica de la recepción es muy amable siempre

No es la primera vez que visitaba éste hotel, siempre fue muy tranquilo, desgraciadamente ésta vez fue una mala experiencia ya que un grupo de hindúes están alojados aquí y no respetan a los que nos hospedamos, hicieron mucho ruido, no importaba la hora nunca pudimos descansar por su escándalo y nadie les llamó la atención, en el lobby están siempre ahí subiendo los pies en la mesa, y por lo que vimos no tenían para cuándo irse, dudo mucho que fueran turistas, para la próxima prefiero irme a la zona hotelera donde no estén estas personas

Good value for a short stay in Cancun

Good location, stayed one night after our king flight before heading to Playa del Carmen. Very nice staff and good value for money

I will not be returning to this establishment

The only thing I liked was that It was close to the beach

1) They didn't have a safe, even though several written documents plastered on the wall claimed that they did 2) they didn't include breakfast despite the reservation saying that it did include breakfast 3) they took one of our towels even though it doesn't have the hotel logo on it. Will not be staying there again

very comfortable beds and pillows. 5min walk to Mercado 28 market

too loud. we could hear the noise of the cars on the street and people on the hall

The pool was lovely, Ac cool and beds comfy. The rest.. Ugh

Blood on the walls(2 spots), absolutely filthy fan, rust and dust galore. The floors where flighy as was the odd little kitchen sink off to the side. The room looked nothing like the pictures.

Keep looking.. Take a pass on this hotel.

The pool was lovely, no lounge chairs as pictured though. The ac was great and beda comfortable. But... It was filthy.

Blood on the walls(2 spots), absolutely filthy fan, rust and dust galore. The floors where flighy as was the odd little kitchen sink off to the side. The room looked nothing like the pictures.

Very good

It's a basic room not far from ADO bus terminal. In the area there are restaurants and shops to buy food. Aircon works fine.

there was no soap to wash the hands

Good for someone on the go

Good location, close to the ADO bus station, with a coffee place and a pharmacy next door. About 45 min walk from the beach. Bedroom was clean, albeit with basic amenities. soap and shampoo, no hair dryer or kettle. Staff was nice. Didn't have time to try the breakfast or the swimming pool. For the price in cancun

Practical and clean hotel in downtown Cancun

The individual room was big and very clean. The pool is pretty and the general look of the hotel is fine.

I found it very surprising that they didn't offer mineral water to the guests around the front desk or the kitchen near the pool. I also found the kitchen was very poorly equipped.

Location close to bus terminal and local market. Helpful staff (they have a common fridge you can use)

Bathroom was old and stinky (probably from pipes). If you have a hostel in mind and not a hotel, it's stil good value for money.

Very good

did everything you need for a night or two's stay, rooms are basic but comfortable and spacious. Clean and just a few minute walk to downtown, felt very safe

aircon was a bit noisy, was fine for us as we were jet lagged and passed out but could get a bit annoying if staying for longer

Great Last Minute Stay

Booked last minute here after rain spoiled my plans of visting Isla Holbox. Stored my bags until room was ready. Night staff was great. Pool looked great but I did not get in. Saw Jose on night shift work incredlibly hard to help a turkish family find formula for their baby through the use of hand signals and google translate. Was very pleasant to see

Bathroom roof leaked for 2 mins during rainstorm then stopped and didnt leak the rest of my stay.

Simple, clean hotel, close to the bus station, in an authentic part of Cancun. No hideous high rises.

The smell POF the drains was unpleasant.
