Alright

Decent location not far from the ADO bus terminal and Ave Tulum and all the collectivos.

This must have been a great hotel 30 years ago because that's how old the TV set was. There was not WiFi in the room. All this usually doesn't bother me but with no plans for the evening I had to hang out and watch YouTube in the lobby with my laptop

Lety, the cleaning lady. She did awesome job and was the best thing during our stay!

God awful view, look like the room was painted at the time of my grandmother's youth. No WIFI in the room, the room stink a bit on moist, I almost died on the stairs, located inside the room itself@!#@! TV -caput .

Beds are way to hard

Location is great for us 7 minutes walking to ADO or a 250 pesos taxi to the Isla Mujer ferry , decor is fun, and staff is very helpful.

It's a great hotel but the beds are very very hard. 24 hours later and our backs are still sore.

Good but could be better

Is Confortable and with free parking. Also the Staff are kind.

We paid 4 Adults and 1 Child with breakfast included. But we have to pay for the breakfast´s child because was not included and in any part of the application said that.

Pleasant

The hotel location is close to the main bus stop which was super convenient. The lady at the reception was nice and the other guy working with tours was super helpful. The decor of the place was quite nice and atmospheric as well.

However the boy serving us at breakfast seemed not bothered much about us trying to order something, was super slow and didn't speak a word of English which made getting breakfast or just a coffee quite difficult. Also the location seemed a bit dodgy in the evening time and view from the room looked like Mexico slums. Also the pillows on the bed still not sure what was in it were super uncomfortable... And yeah the breakfast that was included in price was pretty bland and not tasty at all.

Fun ambiance, good wifi, hot showers, and comfy beds - what more could we want!

The staff was very helpful, the decor was cool and beds comfy. Location was fairly close to ADO station (10 to 15 min walk) and close to the nightly fair they have too in the grandstand area. The pool was lovely btw!

Our room was not cleaned before arriving(it was in the process-this seems to be happing at most hotels we go to lately). They then moved us to a fresh one and the next room had a balcony off it with rather large group of people sitting right outside of it drinking. At 10 pm staff came and had them disapate. So yes we did have to small issues but both times the staff delt quickly with it with out even being asked.

Worst ever

Location and Mayan concept

There were many things that got accumulated to give me the worst experience in a hotel Electricity was not working since the beginning, then I really needed to take a shower and there was not water. So we had to wait for a miracle to get some water (that didn't happen until midnight). The evening receptionist gave me the chance to go the take a shower to another hotel. I also remember that took few hours until the air conditioner started working. The nightmare started when the favourable location went against us due to a bar that is nearby had live music and destiny hated me that day that my room was right in front of it, even by closing the windows I could not do too much. I had to leave at 5 am to take a flight so I decided to kindly ask the receptionist to get me another room. Once downstairs I realized that also inside the hotel they had loud music. I wonder who was the genius who decided to put a Karaoke bar in the middle of a hotel that clearly is not designed for it. I got a new room in the third floor, and jesus! I could hear The BASS from the karaoke, physics were clearly trying to send a message. Didn't get any sleep in all night. Guys, I just wanted to sleep and take my flight, that is why I paid for a place to sleep and poop peacefully (but popping was not possible before midnight due to there was not water).

you can hear everything in the other rooms, no luggage deposit, dirty linens. the bad smell in the bathroom didn’t allow us to enter. unfortunately terrible experience

A older hotel in need of a Reno but has character

good atmosphere on its own with its theme reflecting on The Mayan historical time line throughout the hotel facilities

floor decor is not smooth harder to pull your luggage.If your room is near the bar downstairs you may not like the music playing till 2 am.

Love the pool area and proximity to the pedestrian street.

The fact that no food or drinks were served in the pool area in the afternoon.

Location is bad. The area is dirty and run down. The swimming pool isn’t looked after and felt abandoned.

Easily accessible from ADO bus station. We had breakfast in the morning and the lady who took care of us was really nice and helpful!

Hotel is completely run down and needs a major reno in the rooms. Bed sheets were stained and yellow-ish and so thin that it was almost not usable. Pillows seemed to be filled with newspaper they were not usable. We were so tired from our long flight, we did not care about the noise from downstairs/surrounding bars. Under other circumstances this would have been an issue. Toilet only flushed every other time using it, which did not add to comfort. Would not come back, not even for a quick stopover.

Bad

Very basic room. We stayed here to get a good nights rest before our trip to Bacalar with its location near ADO bus station. Unfortunately a rock band started at the hotel at 10pm, right below our room, it woke us up with a fright it was so loud. Luckily the staff were kindly able to find us another room and was very accommodating. Needless to say I would not stay here again and disappointed with our stay.

pool was only available from 8am to 8pm, breakfast doesn't really start at 7am.
