From the moment I made the booking, I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Hostal Casa del Lídice. They kindly reached out in advance to confirm my arrival time and ask whether I needed anything, which was such a thoughtful touch.
When I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine kindness, warmth and friendliness — and this excellent level of care continued throughout my entire stay. The daily cleaning was great, and the breakfast… wow! It was absolutely delicious, with a quality and level of service that some 3-star-plus hotels fail to provide.
The location is fantastic too: only around a 7-minute walk from the main square and approximately 20 minutes on foot from the bus terminal.
I would happily stay here again anytime and highly recommend it!

Great location, within walking distance to the center of Cuenca. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very quiet place to stay.
Door knob on bathroom door was in need of repair. Other than that, not much else.
