Located in Reed Creek, this lovely house for $225 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. ENVISION yourself here for a winter retreat or a summer vacation! Discounted rates for week-long (10%) and monthly (20%) rentals. This is a strict no-pet and non-smoking/vaping property. RELAX in this 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood in the sought-after Reed Creek area. ENJOY 110 feet of shoreline on deep water with expansive views of the lake. UTILIZE our covered dock with a sun deck which is equipped with electricity and a green glow light for night fishing. HAVE FUN on our 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards along with 4 adult life jackets. *EXPERIENCE the renovated screened-in porch off of the den and master suite which spans the lake side of the house and offers incredible views of the lake. *GRILL using our gas grill with a provided propane tank. *MAKE memories around the fire pit while enjoying incredible views of the lake. *VIEW the lake from every room on the back side of the house. *COOK in the well-stocked kitchen which has recently been remodeled and has all new appliances. We provide start-up supplies for both the Keurig and the traditional coffee maker. *ACCESS your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu accounts on the smart TVs. The 50" TV in the den is equipped with SmartCast and AirPlay as well as local channels using our antenna. *Overlooking the lake, the spacious master suite on the main level has a king bed with a new comfy mattress and a large bathroom. *Upstairs is another 3 bedrooms and bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds. The bonus room, which is accessed through the 3rd bedroom, has 4 twin beds. This is a perfect room for all the kids or for a women's retreat weekend. *All linens and bath towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels. BOOK this home for Clemson football games and events as Clemson is 50 minutes away by boat or car. Athens and Greenville are about an hour away and we are about 90 minutes from Atlanta. Our Reed Creek location provides easy access by boat to several on-lake restaurants such as Tilly’s Tiki Bar and Grill, The Galley (our favorite), The Local, and Boathouse Grill. The Reed Creek General Store is not far from the house and is equipped with all of your lake needs such as bait, fishing equipment, and tackle as well as delicious homemade ice cream, breakfast biscuits, lunch items, and fresh produce. Dock Depot is your stop for lake gear including tubes and lake floats. Located less than 5 minutes from the house is the popular Hartwell Wildlife Safari which opened in 2021. Paynes Creek Campground which features a 9-mile hiking/mountain bike trail, playgrounds, beaches, etc. is about 5 minutes from the house. Historic downtown Hartwell is about 15 minutes away and a gem with good restaurants and boutique shopping. Cateechee Golf Club, one of the premier golf courses in Northeast Georgia about 20 minutes away. Boat rentals are available at Harbor Light Marina and Hartwell Marina. If you are bringing your own boat the nearest boat ramp is the Reed Creek Boat Ramp which can be seen from our dock. Nearby Payne's Creek Camp Ground also has a boat ramp with a courtesy dock.

This is a beautiful house that provided our family an opportunity to spend time together, which is exactly what we were looking for. The living area has enough room for 7 of us to sit and catch up. We also spent hours on the back porch watching the kids paddleboard and kayak on the lake. Beautiful view! I would recommend the house and would stay here again.

This Lake Hartwell home checked off all my boxes for an awesome lake getaway. Swimming dock that gets both sunrises and sunsets! Calm cove with little boat traffic for lounging in the water all day. Kayaks and paddleboards for lake fun. Huge screened in porch with plenty of seating for eating and relaxing. Fantastic firepit steps from the house, which has amazing views of the lake. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. Beds comfy and place was super clean. We will definitely be back!

Lovely property on a nice size cove for excellent swimming and paddle boarding. Great dock and fire pit for enjoying everything outside. The house is comfortable and clean with a very usable kitchen. The screened in porch is a major plus as well! Love the stay and hope to go back next year!

Extremely nice property with a convenient boat ramp next to the house. Dock had an underwater dock light that had big fish on it every night. That was an unexpected good time! We stayed here for a tournament that was launching from Green Pond Landing. The house was only 15-16 minutes by water from there. The owners were always available for questions and were very responsive. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Kitchen was well stocked and property was clean. The house is small, but the layout utilizes the space well. We had four adults and five kids, and we all slept comfortably. The outside lights were not working (breaker tripped), but the host answered our texts promptly to help us resolve the issue. They also granted us late checkout which was much appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We rented this house for our annual fishing trip. This is an excellent house that easily accommodated our group. Very clean and updated. Awesome back porch and dock area. Amazing views! Nice place and great folks to book with!! We highly enjoyed our stay.

This house is really cute and has beautiful views of the lake. It was clean and comfortable, has great decor and I appreciated the nice linens! We enjoyed fishing off the dock, and it was great to be able to use the paddle boards and kayaks. Stephanie was friendly and accommodating, and she replied quickly to my messages. If we have the opportunity to come back to Lake Hartwell with friends, I would definitely look into renting here again.

Our Classics Book Club stayed here for a weekend and it was truly amazing! The view was breathtaking. The house was lovely and perfect. We had so much fun swimming off the docks and using the kayaks and paddle boards. The fire pit was so fun. We would definitely stay here again!

Just got home & wish we were still there! We had a blast! It did rain, but we were still able to enjoy the lake. The only bad thing was the the furniture on the screened in porch needs to be better and one of the twin bed mattresses needs to be replaced. Over a great place to stay and very very deep water! Our family stayed here for a week’s vacation. Our two teens and two elementary-aged children loved it (as did we parents!). The house was clean and well-equipped, as well as tastefully decorated. We appreciated the coffee supplies found in the kitchen. We used the dock, kayaks and paddle boards every day. We swam and fished daily also. We especially loved the swing and chairs on the dock for relaxing. The screened-in porch was wonderful, as was the fire pit area where we roasted s’mores. The beds were very comfortable. We have stayed in a number of rental houses over the years, and this is among the best. We highly recommend this house!
