The location is pretty near our business trip work place, which is about 5-10 mins by car. The street is a dead-end but because it is, parking is fairly easy. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor but due to the design of the whole complex, we just needed to carry our luggage 2 stories. It is not difficult even having a few big luggage. It's a 3-bedroom apartment and because we stayed for 8 nights, the owner provided two bedrooms for me and my colleagues. One bedroom is a suite with a private bath and the other one is with a shared bath. The kitchen is almost fully equipped and the owner even provided some snacks as well as milk and drinks. This is very generous.
The only thing we think it could be improved is the housekeeping. It is free of charge of replacing towels once every few days; however, it charges EUR30 if we request a hosuekeeping, meaning to clean wastes and recycles. To save money, we chose not to pay but for 8-night wastes, they did not smell too well.

El buen recibimiento del propietario, la ubicación del apartamento en un barrio muy tranquilo, los productos básicos de cortesía. Muy bien equipado y muy bien climatizado.
Toca renovar las paellas.

La colazione non era inclusa ma abbiamo trovato il caffè di benvenuto. In casa c'era tutto e si poteva utilizzare liberamente. L'appartamento era molto pulito e ordinato. L'host è stato molto preciso e gentile.

Appartamento comodissimo. Ben arredato e con gusto. Cucina completa di elettrodomestici e delle comuni attrezzature. Abbiamo trovato ottima la posizione in quanto risulta comoda per raggiungere tutte le località turistiche vicine. Inoltre la palazzina che ospita l'alloggio è ubicata in zona tranquilla. Facile trovare parcheggio e inoltre è vicina a zona commerciale.
