Superb. We had a warm welcome, and loved the apartment which was very clean, well decorated and very thoughtfully equipped. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need (even a teapot!). There were lots of nice touches like a well stocked bookshelf, quality bed linen, nice lamps and a hairdryer. Stefano was very welcoming and helpful, with restaurant and parking tips. We could walk into Perugia (25 mins) via a shady quiet lane. Our daughter enjoyed the garden. Lovely view. In summary, a great place to relax and from which to visit Perugia - a real home from home. High recommended!
