Great location, comfortable apartment in beautiful Old City of Perugia

Great location, good facilities, comfortable and clean. Very nice host - we were offered a courtesy breakfast!

There was quite a lot of traffic and pedestrian movement around the apartment. Overall it was not that disturbing

The man at the reception was really nice and gave me some good advices for the city. I felt in good hands and had a perfect stay. It was really uncomplicated.

Fine for one night

Pros: - host - really attentive host - location - really close to the historical center, everything is walking distance - parking - available in Hotel Iris nearby In general it is okay place to stay for 1 night considering the price. I wouldn't consider staying for more than that though if you look for reasonable confort.

Cons: - condition - apartment is not in a great shape (comparing to the photos) - comfort - it seems the place was previously a store with wide door towards the street on the ground floor. It wasn't possible to completely close the window blinds and there is no door to bedroom.
