Excellent location. Very clean with beautiful views from the windows and an amazing terrace. Ideal for the 2 of us. We used the free parking in Perugia then caught the minimetro €1.5/person that takes you up to Perugia. Then there is a lift that takes you to the entrance of the city. The apartment is approximately 25 metres away.

The property was excellent. If you are elderly or infirm there are 75 steps (no lift) from the main door up to the apartment. However there is a stairlift that takes you right to the door. I am assuming that you can arrange with the owners to use it.

Great view, fantastic location, Valentina was very nice and helpful. Everything went smoothly.

The apartment is on the 4th floor, no elevator, so a bit difficult with luggage. The view makes it up though.
