We stayed one night here as it was close to the airport for an early flight and offered a free shuttle service (and the driver was waiting for us as arranged). The hotel lobby was pleasant and the receptionist was very friendly with excellent English. Our room was clean and comfortable and the insulation was good so we were not disturbed by traffic or neighbours. The bed was comfy although a second pillow would have been welcome. The bathroom was spacious and modern with a nice shower area and a powerful shower. It was just what we wanted for one night, but I would not choose to stay there for longer as it's far from the downtown. For convenience we had dinner there which was very good, but did not have breakfast.

Close the airport. They had an airport transfer included in the price. The staff were nice. Room good.
I was at the front of the hotel so heard the car wash from the gas station until late into the night.
The staff at the bar didn’t speak English which is not an issue but they just put the phone down on me when I called.

I picked this hotel because of its location — it's near the airport, and the neighborhood is quiet but still close to restaurants, shops, parks, and a supermarket. The staff were lovely, especially the receptionist who gave us great advice on getting to the airport. Everything was clean, including the rooms. I'd definitely stay here again when I come back to Almaty.
