Beautiful apartment. Extremely good facilities, literally at the metro station! Quiet! Best shower and AC we've had in central Asia. I'm in Almaty a bit over the next few months and will definitely stay here.

вежливое общение администратора - отвечали в целом быстро и доброжелательно, помогли оплатить симку
расположение номера на 1 этаже с окнами на детскую площадку - окна панорамные выходят прямо на детскую площадку, это очень некомфортно в плане приватности, возможности переодеться и просто расслабиться. Да, есть шторы, но с ними в комнате достаточно темно, да и хочется дневного света все-таки
отсутствие нормальной возможности помыться - напор воды в душе очень слабый (хотя в кране он очень сильный), чтобы пошла горячая вода, надо очень долго пропускать воду
перебои с электричеством - понимаю, что проблема, не зависящая от хозяев апартаментов, но в первые сутки во всем ЖК на весь вечер вырубило электричество вследствие аварии. наверное, стоит на такой случай предусмотреть для гостей powerbank для зарядки телефона, какие-то светильники на батарейках
