Very comfy bed, great location, great services - fridge, safe and kettle and laundry faciliites. Concierge open quite late and helpful.
Loud house music playing in the concierge entrance and i could very ocasionally hear the bass in my room at night. Pipes gurgle when someone else is having a shower. Im sensitive to noise and this isnt enough to stop me from staying again. It was pretty ideal for my needs.

Fantastic city guesthouse. My husband and I loved our stay - the room was beautiful with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and kitchenette facilities (microwave, dishes, etc). You also had access to washing machine and dryer + filtered water. The location was excellent for exploring Almaty.

The location of the hotel is great. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure from the shower was excellent, the room came with a mini refrigerator and kitchen utensils.
