The room was clean, modern, and nicely renovated. The location was convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and funny, even though they didn't speak any English. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
The main downsides were the construction noise outside our window all night, the lack of hot water, and the bathroom, which seemed to have been renovated without much attention to detail—some parts felt impractical and unfinished.

Прекрасный приветливый персонал, отличное расположение, пешком до Арбата минут 15. Отличный продуктовый рынок через дорогу. В номере оказалось что-то вроде аэрогриля или духовки, то есть там еще и приготовить можно. Отдельная благодарность, что можно оставить чемодан после выезда, чтобы дождаться поезда и не бегать с ним по городу.
Объективно очень нехватает холодильника, даже маленького, без него совсем тоскливо, ибо напитки в жару за час греются. Была сложность с регулировкой воды (горячая-холодная), это немного раздражает, но не критично.

We booked this hotel because our flight was landing at around 4am, so we needed somewhere to stay for a few hours during the night. We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, and the location was convenient for this purpose.
Unfortunately, the staff did not speak English, which made communication a little difficult. The room and bathroom were also quite old and would benefit from some renovation.
As we were only staying for a few hours before moving to another hotel for the rest of our trip, it was fine for what we needed, but we were definitely happy to move on to our next hotel, where we stayed for several nights and was more comfortable :)
The price was cheap, so we obviously weren’t expecting a high-standard or modern room. That said, the room and bathroom were quite old, and the bathroom in particular could really use a refresh.
