The check-in process was smooth and easy. The hotel is in a good and convenient location, and overall the staff were helpful.
The breakfast was very disappointing, especially considering the price of the hotel. There is no breakfast area, and breakfast is served directly in the room. The breakfast we received was extremely basic — some
sausage, only 2 small pieces of tomato, 3 pieces of cucumber, porridge, 2 slices of bread and curd/yogurt. We even requested a simple boiled egg, but were told it was not possible.
The room itself was also quite old-fashioned and outdated. Overall, considering the room condition and the quality of breakfast, I don’t feel this hotel offers good value for the price.

Location and value was top-notch.
The staff are generally kind, helpful, and willing to assist, which we appreciate. However, some staff members could benefit from additional practice with basic English communication, particularly when dealing with guest requests and specific instructions. This would help avoid misunderstandings and ensure that requests are properly communicated between shifts.
A little more warmth and friendliness in guest interactions would also make a difference. The staff do not need to be overly formal—simply smiling, greeting guests warmly, and showing a little more enthusiasm can make the overall experience feel much more welcoming.
The air conditioning unit in Room 21 is currently dripping water onto the floor. We have had to place a basin underneath it to prevent the water from spreading.
The towels are very thin and worn out, with several visible holes. The pillowcases are also showing signs of significant wear and have holes in some areas. These items appear to have been used for a long period and would benefit from being replaced with newer, better-quality linens.
The bathrobes are also quite worn and have become grey and dull in appearance. They look as though they have been in use for many years and are in need of either proper whitening/cleaning or, preferably, replacement. Providing fresh, clean, and well-maintained bathrobes would greatly improve the overall impression of the room.
—We have noticed that the cups and teaspoons sometimes have brown stains or markings even after they have been cleaned. This gives the impression that they have not been washed thoroughly. We suggest giving particular attention to the cleaning and inspection of cups, teaspoons, and other tableware before they are returned to the room. Proper washing and rinsing would help ensure that they are visibly clean and presentable.
—Since breakfast is served in the room, we specifically requested that it be delivered daily at 8:00 AM. Unfortunately, breakfast has consistently been arriving after 8:30 AM, and on one occasion it was delivered as late as 9:00 AM. We had to follow up ourselves because the previous administrator had apparently not updated the breakfast schedule or list.
