The location is truly excellent! From the hotel you can easily go anywhere in the area whether towards Burgos Circle or High Street. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. I also like the breakfast, it is not so big spread, but there are variety of options to choose from. I especially like the egg station and the menu option. It's also great that they have a big water dispenser available inside the room.
I didn't like the room 2404, because of the poor layout. It's like a narrow strip that starts from the kitchen and ends at the bed. The dining table is aimlessly tucked on the side near the TV. I'll be honest you dont get to appreciate that its an apartment style like because when you arrived in your room all you see is the bed. And you cannot even open the curtains because you see right the living rooms of the people from the next building. I don't know if this is because I booked through Booking.com platform because last time, the room that was assigned to us again was the worst room of the entire building. And when I complained for a change I was told that's what's assigned to me. So didn't bother to request for a room change.

Location, spacious rooms, comfy beds and gracious staff
For a peak season like New Year’s Eve, they were undermanned. Despite fulfilling pre check in requirements online, the lines at front desk were 2-3 deep which showed how unprepared they were for this peak period. Bell service was the one on top of their game. Room service took over an hour vs their promise of 30-45 mins. Room service ran out of eggs on Jan 2 and later called again to say they already had eggs. It’s such a pity because the food was good but their slow service made the experience disappointing.
