The location
Some stuff don’t pay attention to the customers in the front desk.

Location! It has easy parking and a way into the mall via the basement.
The room itself wasn’t very cozy. The bed was uncomfortable, the comforter/duvet didn’t smell fresh. The aircon was so loud.

curtains don’t close well, the shower is moldy, finishes are so poor, there is not even a plug next to the bed.
