it was clean, comfortable, and the beds/pillows were excellent. I had the best sleep on this trip. The amenities were excellent as well!

broken shower head; the bathroom with the shower - water comes out all over the floor outside the shower stall - impossible to avoid it.

Superb

The location is great, right near the parque das nacoes, near Oriente train station. The apartment had everything you would need, great equiped.

The furniture is a bit old, maybe the apartment could use a renovation. But all in all, it was really great.

Marvelous! Definitely will return!

The apartment is very comfortable and clean; has the basic appliances and the different details were well appreciated. The location is the best, close to metro, train, shopping center. I would definitely return to this place!

Maybe the AC would need some improvements. I wouldn’t go during summer since the AC cools ok but might be inefficient during summertime.

The appartment was very spacious and clean, but I wouldn't expect less from an appartment that costs 300e per night

They took a deposit from me at checkin, which they hadn't told me about before, and which they gave back to me once they confirmwd the appartment was in good condition after checkout. They should inform about this in advance. Also, 300e/night is expensive so taking out a deposit in my opinion is not acceptable.

Nice apartment but far from city center. Close to public transportations, restaurants and shops.

Agent met at property to turn over keys, go over appliances and access to parking. Bus stop is in front of building. Train station and subway are near by. Close to restaurants and shops. Apartment is modern and fully furnished with washer and dryer, a definite plus.

Far from Lisbon center. Took us over 45 minutes to get to city center by bus. Buses are crowded and unreliable (waiting time was 45 minutes). Over 20 minutes by subway with changes.

Excelente location very clean comfortable.

Everything was excellent and Victoria the host she was so pleasant and excellent explaining everything to us . Very Clean and comfortable.

Our host Victoria was so sweet very patio s and wait for our late arrival, she explained everything to us.

Everything was excellent clean very good location and the property was very clean .

The only thing I didn’t like was the late hour check out charge. Anything else was perfect .

would recommend, all issues were dealt with promptly, had they not occurred it would have been perfect.

very well located - bus stop outside, train station a short walk away and large shopping mall with big supermarket very close by.

pipes were squealing very early in the morning when other residents used water, however, this was fixed after reporting but took a couple of days. no one was available to actually greet us and give us keys so had to spend a few hours waiting just to get in.

Lovely Stay

When we arrived ,we had the most lovely welcome with the Host called Nara , She made us to feel more than welcome, we definitely recommend for family and Friends . The apartment it’s absolutely complete and it’s has all comfort you wished for .I think this is my 5th stay .I will definitely come back .

All was perfect and desirable, only an suggestion I would add an small shelf next to the shower to hold some shampoo and conditioner or soap.

Very comfortable apt. You pay exactly for what you get. The host was waiting for us at night, and it was really easy to contact with the host by email. Would be happy to come back.

Excellent Location..

Location is great, close to shopping centre Vasco da Gama, buses, train, underground.... great great. And great for who doesn't want to drive is Lisbon as it is 5 min away from the Vasco da Gama bridge (A12).

The garage, the spot is right at the last underground floor (-4) and for a medium car needs to be careful if you do not want it all scratched.

Amazing location, spotless and very spacious

This enormous and very modern apartment is perfectly located for transport and shopping. It also faces east over the Tejo River, with perfect sunrise views from the panoramic windows. Everything you could possibly need for self-catering is provided - full sets of high-quality crockery, cutlery, pots etc are provided. The appliances are all very modern. Every single thing has been thought of - although there are many restaurants nearby in the Vasco de Gama shopping centre and dining out in Portugal is very good value, by making use of the enormous Continente supermarket in the mall we saved a good deal of money. We were also looking mainly for privacy and quiet most nights, so this suited us perfectly. The water pressure is very good in both bathrooms, one of which contains the shower. The decor is very stylish, and the enormous master bedroom and smaller twin room have oodles of storage space. The electric roller blinds block out the bright Portuguese sunshine perfectly. The apartment is also truly spotless, from top to bottom. The company asked for feedback on the day after arrival - we pointed out that there was a fault with a window / cigarette burn marks on the floor when we moved in. This was acknowledged promptly.

I like a firm mattress, but these mattresses were very firm. Additionally, the pillows were as fat as full-sized sofa cushions. Softer pillows should also be provided.
