Gran lugar para alojarse en el centro de Madrid!

El servicio de Emilio y sus ayudantes. Llegamos en la madrugada y estuvieron esperándonos para hacer el check in. El apartamento es muy amplio, con tres grandes habitaciones, una gran cocina y todo lo necesario en menaje para la estadía. Excelente ubicación. Cerca a la Puerta del Sol. Dos baños ambos con ducha. Ascensor para subir las maletas. En el primer piso hay una Taperia deliciosa!

Realmente es afuera del alojamiento, hay mucho ruido en la calle pero es algo que no depende del alojamiento como tal.

Very well furnished, clean and comfortable.

The noise from the riff-raff in the plaza. On Saturday night it was noisy all night, with several police visits. Otherwise an excellent apartment.

Very good

Great location. Very close to many sites or easy to get public transport. Supermarket right across the street, many dining options close by and the communication with the staff was great.

The only thing was that there were homeless people at the little plaza right in front either in the mornings or afternoons.

Lovely large and very clean appartment in the very heart of Madrid. Moving distance to plazza mayor,gran via and every attraction in town less than 10 minutes. Very polite, informative and proffessional owner. Secure building with concierge and 2 electronically locked doors before entering appartment .Definately my first choice when i revisit Madrid.

location, just next to metro station, close to carrefour. The apartment is spacious and all the things you need for kitchen and washing is provided.

you can tell that it’s old, bed sheets and towels not clean white anymore.

Excellent location and a good stay

Easy contact with the agent. Very good location for all main Madrid attractions, the underground, and Atocha station Shops nearby

Parts of the building were being renovated, which meant noisy construction work during the week.

Good choice

Apartment has good Equipements (Towels, papers, detergents etc.), super location, friendly host.

Cleanliness could be better, a little bit boring decor. Anyway, good value of money.

Exceptional

The location was outstanding. My wife and I are in late 50s and mid 60s. We were able to walk to the royal palace, museum del prado and Botin restaurant. Plus all the other places we had on our list.

I can't really say I didn't like anything about this place. But for some, it's in a busy square that's active 24/7. Soundproofing is great though. The street activity is one of the things I loved about Madrid inhabitants and visitor's. Traveled my whole life and Madrid is tops.

Will 100% book again if we returned to Madrid

Great location, great value. Tirso de Molino metro stop right outside the apartment. Only a short walk from some of Madrids main hotspots. Emilio, our host was extremely helpful.

the location was fantastic, amenities close right down the flat and though in a bustling area it was extremely quiet at night.

convenient location but room for improvement. not for light sleepers.

conveniently located opposite 2 supermarkets and very close to metro station. but we felt a little unsafe as there were many people loitering around downstairs.

- very noisy. noise from outside and from within the building. doors have to be slammed shut so there was constant slamming of doors and shouting throughout the night. - could be much cleaner. microwave knobs were sticky, had hair on our bedsheets.

Pleasant stay.

Location was perfect, everything you need just in a 2 minute walk. Facilities in the appt were OK, even a washing machine, in case you want to do the laundry. Plenty of towels, plates, cups, glasses etc.

Some of the ligth bulbs were broken/ didn’t work, so it wasn’t really a cosy setting in the evening. And neigthbours in the adjacent appt. were very noise when coming in at 03:00 hr.

Excellent location

Super convenient location, right in the midst of everything. Short walking distance to Plaza Mayor and other tourist attractions. Surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets and the metro station is directly in front of the building. The staff was attentive and were quick to respond to our questions. Plenty of storage space. We would definitely stay here again.

Within 10 mins to all attractions, two supermarkets opposite the property, subway station, Tirso de Molina, a few steps away. Bakeries and restaurants literally steps outside your door. Taxis are extremely frequent in front property. Host kept in constant contact and answered all questions in a timely manner. Will visit again and recommend to anyone that wants to stay in a central area in Madrid
