A mixed bag

Because of the loud noise of a party next door and banging from the building site next door which we complained about the hotel refunded half the cost of our stay. We liked the quirkiness of the hotel and the location being in a vibrant neighbourhood

breakfast was nice. staff was super friendly. location was pretty perfect.

my air conditioning unit could be updated. the neighbourhood can be noisy, but - what do you expect, you're in the middle of a bustling city!

Conforto e charme num dos melhores lugares de Palermo

O quarto é super confortável, além de bonito em estilo rústico. Cama macia, travesseiros e cobertor bons. Quando chegamos tivemos um problema com o ar-condicionado, que não gelava o quarto, e fomos prontamente realocados de quarto assim que relatamos o problema. Algumas das tomadas já contavam com adaptador universal, de modo que não precisamos providenciar nenhum. Os quartos tem espelho de corpo inteiro, além do espelho do banheiro. A varandinha é pequena e charmosa, não dá pra sentar mas dá pra ir do lado de fora pegar um ar. Os relatos sobre os chuveiros difíceis de acertar são reais, mas pra quem gosta de banho quente independente do clima (como eu) não é um problema. A dica é abrir a água gelada toda (a torneira não gira muito) e um pouquinho da quente já deixa a água quente e gostosa. A pressão do chuveiro é ótima. Ao redor do hotel tem cinco ótimas opções de restaurantes com especializações variadas, de modo que o acesso a alimentação é muito fácil. O restaurante italiano do hotel não abriu todos os dias, mas gostamos muito do dia que comemos lá. A dica é experimentar a provoleta de entrada. Passa muito táxi nas ruas de frente e do lado, e o táxi em geral sai mais barato que o Uber, então pode esperar de boa na frente do hotel que dá pra pegar táxi. Ruas com bastante movimentação de turista e sensação de segurança. Andamos por ali em vários horários diferentes e chegamos de madrugada e tinha sempre gente na portaria do hotel.

Tenho pouquíssimos comentários de pontos a melhorar. Eu gostaria que o box do chuveiro tivesse porta, mas isso é um detalhe bem pequeno. O café da manhã tem uma variedade de opções restrita e é o mesmo todo dia. Algumas vezes os ovos mexidos não estavam quentes e tem pouca opção de fruta pra quem tá acostumado com os cafés da manhã do Brasil. Mas tem opções sem glúten e sem lactose, além de poder colocar o pão na chapa na hora. De qualquer forma, o café da manhã me atendeu bem todos os dias.

Lack of proper coffee machine at the room, the air conditioning - heater didn't worked as expected, some parts of the room were not so clean, but it was ok over all

Perfect location, great staff, but renovations are really necessary.

Location is perfect! Staff is also very friendly and helpful. They were efficient in every chance they had. Hotel has a vintage vibe which is nice.

The noise level in the room is really annoying. The windows seem soundproof, but they didn´t do much with the street noise. Breakfast was average. The hotel needs renovation, furniture, floors, wardrobe and shower area really need some improvement.

Beautiful first time visit to Buenos Aires!

Julieta and Fred gave me a warm welcome for the start. They were helpful with my questions and were terrific ambassadors for the hotel and the city.

Lovely spot with friendly staff!

Great location, nice feel and friendly staff. Rooms were clean, solid breakfast. Overall great experience

The only bad thing I have to say about this property is the price the receptionist tried to charge us for a taxi to the airport. We were quoted double the price of what it should be, which is not great- she also told me there were no Ubers which was incorrect.

Great location near lots of cool places in Palermo

Really great location in the centre of Palermo and not too far to the nearest bus stops into the city centre. The staff were really friendly and the hotel room was nicely decorated.

You had to order from a set menu for breakfast rather than help yourself - as a vegetarian there weren't many options but if you eat meat there was a good selection.

Our stay in BA far exceeded our expectations!

The staff was exceptional! Charlie arranged taxis and was a great ambassador for his country! The neighborhood is safe and so interesting to explore! The hotel is a little dated but exactly what we wanted to get the real feel of Buenos Aires! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel was is a good, quiet location with lots of nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly.

Excellent service and good selection from the menu.

I would prefer a buffet style buffet for breakfast but the menu selection is adequate.

Great location, friendly staff - Good only for young couples wanting to party around Palermo

Great location and friendly staff (Federico sorted out our missing reservation very professionally) - English speaking - Very good breakfast

Very noisy from both other guests' bedrooms and from outside (however, earplugs were provided!). The rooms were not very clean, dust, marks on walls and woodwork, hair on the bathroom. Poor maintenance (one bath was completed broke and patched up with silicone)

Everything was just perfect. The hotel is very clean and very tastefully, stylishly and originally furnished. Moreover, the central location in the beautiful and charming Palermo district is top. The A La Carte breakfast was very tasty. Last but not least, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend the hotel in every respect.

customer service the best we’ve ever had at a hotel in the world and location was amazing. definitely stay here.

the staff were incredible- they made us feel very welcome and even accommodated an early check in as we had an early flight. we also needed some laundry mailed to us as it was closed the day we departed and they picked it up and mailed it to us the very next day. they truely go above and beyond. also the location is perfect, so many restaurants nearby and a great area. we will definitely stay again.
