I loved this place so much that we came back for another visit, and once again, the entire team completely blew us away. It is rare to find a hotel where the hospitality is consistently flawless, but this staff manages to make you feel like an absolute VIP from the moment you step through the door.
To the entire staff: thank you so much for your hard work, your genuine warmth, and for going above and beyond to make us feel so welcome and comfortable yet again. If you are debating booking this place, stop thinking about it and just do it. They are the absolute best!

I can’t say enough good things about this place, but I have to start with the people. The staff—especially the amazing women working here—made my stay feel completely customized. From the moment I arrived, they ensured I was comfortable and went out of their way to exceed my expectations.
It’s the small details that really mattered to me:
Perfect Timing: They coordinated my breakfast to be ready at a specific time every morning so I could stay on track with my daily schedule.
Local Experts: They gave the best restaurant recommendations and even gave me "what to wear" tips based on the daily vibes.
Spanish Practice: They were kind enough to chat with me so I could practice my Spanish, which made the experience feel so much more authentic.
As for the location, you can’t beat it. Excellent food, drinks, and gorgeous scenery/shopping are all within easy walking distance. I could go on and on, but honestly—just book it!

We have stayed here three times now over the years, usually in July to escape Georgia's heat and we always have fantastic service. The staff will go out of their way to help with whatever you need. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, breakfast is great! They will share with you great things to do during your visit and will assist making reservations for you!
