Only stayed one night between flights. Staff very helpful, lovely breakfast, large comfortable clean and quiet room. It was just supposed to be a reasonably priced hotel for the night but it way exceeded expectations. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Construction in attached building, asked to be moved to a quieter area, then down graded in room choice. Pool was not kept up, water was black, at first I thought the liner was painted black, but it was the water. Breakfast was good, you could get fresh cooked eggs and a few other things fresh. Overall I would take a pass

It's just a fairly standard bed & breakfast. Nothing special and certainly not worth US$185.00 per night. The bathroom is tiny (no toiletries).

This is a well maintained, comfortable property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a pleasant way to start the day. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and comfortable seating area. The neighborhood is safe and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Train (Subte) stations are not too far and very convenient. Of three places we stayed in Buenos Aires, this was our favorite.

It's an old but well maintained hotel. Rooms are clean. The bed is comfortable. Basic amenities. Wi-fi works good. They have a safe in the room for valuables. No free bottled water is provided. Breakfast is decent. It is in a safe area of Palermo and a few blocks away from Plaza Serrano. It is accessible by any means of transportation. There are two Hop-On-Hop-Off Tourist bus station that are near, one is in Arcos Shopping Outlet and the other one is a block from Plaza Serrano along El Salvador St. The Hotel security is strict. You have to use your room card key to be able to enter. Some of the front desk staff are able to speak English. The roof top has a small swimming pool and a portion where you can see a good view of part of Palermo, however, you have to request from the front desk if you want to go up there in the evening as they usually close it after 9 pm. All in all, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay in this hotel and will go back there again.

Great location with friendly staff! I stayed here twice during my time in Buenos Aires and highly recommend this hotel. It’s walking distance to many restaurants and the breakfast provided was great.

Overall the property is in a really nice area that is close to a ton of restaurants and bars. You can pretty much walk to it all within 6 blocks. The bathrooms are small and have a lot of mildew in the corners and edges of the shower (we rented 3 rooms), but that seems to be a common occurrence in South American hotels. We also kept having misquotes appear in our bathroom then making their way into our room and we think they might have been coming out from the bathroom drains. Outside of that the hotel is fine and got the job done. if you're someone who likes high-end hotels in the best condition like you'll find in the United States, this wouldn't be the hotel for you. I consider it a 2 star, fringe 3 star hotel.

Great boutique hotel in Palermo. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful (especially Martina). Walking distance to many restaurant and close to many other areas in Buenos Aires. Very clean hotel.

The location of this hotel is excellent! The Palermo neighborhood was ripe with both dining and shopping options. The check on staft was fine and probably the least endearing part of the experience but still fine. The room and bed was very comfortablr. We were not on a street front room so we had no problem with street noise. The breakfast staff was very, very nice. Overall: excellent value to which we will return if the chance arises.

Be Hollywood is okay, but a bit apart from where it all happens. No restaurants were open 31st December and 1st January. Go to Palermo Soho. The pool did not look clean and there was no smell of chlorine. A sofa at the solarium was broken, watch out! Very nice breakfast, good studio with a balcony. Not much to see. Quiet in the morning.

Pleasant hotel. Cool roof top pool. Nice part of town Staff friendly and helpful. Room a bit small. Some rough spots (wear and tear). But overall would stay here again. Room size okay for one person. But if I was traveling with another, it would feel crowded.

The street is very noisy. There are several restaurants and bars near by. Drunk people walk late at night outside the streets and you can hear the screams. I asked at ckeck in to get a quiet room. Not one to the street. Buy they didn’t listen

Everything was nice, I couldn’t take advantage of the amenities because of cold weather, but the rest of the property was exactly as advertised. Staff was friendly and the parking price very convenient for the location.

Confortable place to stay, close to restaurants, quiet and feel safe area in Center of Palermo area close to public transport. Breakfast was classic . Staff very friendly and helpful . I can recommend it as I was there for 2nd time.

We paid extra for a terrace room but our room didn’t have a terrace. Our room was in a building across the street so we felt very disconnected to the hotel. That being said, the room we had was large and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location

Had a wonderful Large room with balcony. Bed was comfy. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Pool was small but good to cool off. Because it’s rooftop there were a few birds around which was a bit annoying but not a big deal. Overall, this was a great property in nice and walkable area and fantastic staff...will definitely recommend and return!

Pretty basic. Coffee was cold at breakfast. Charge parking for a laughable place to leave the car. No tub in basic rooms. Rooms too close to one another.

This was the day that I proposed to my fiance so the hotel were very kind in providing us with half a bottle of prosecco and strawberries which we appreciated. However there were a couple of areas of concern. At check in we were inadvertently given the keys to someone elses room which was not a good way to start. Once in our room, i must admit it was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was average for the price you pay. We unwittingly poured a coffee not realising we had to pay 150 pesos per coffee. Once we realised our error we didnt mind paying until we tasted the coffee which was just awful. In summary our stay was: average.

Staff were very helpful and attentive to any requests. The only problem was a missing rubber sweep at the bottom of the shower door, which caused a fair bit of floor flooding. Breakfast was quite good. Room was spacious.Location on the edge of Palermo neighborhood is also a plus.

Conveniently located in the Palermo district the hotel was a great base for exploring the city. Room was a decent size and had an outdoor patio that allowed us to open the sliding door for fresh air. Breakfast was very basic. When we first checked into our room we had a problem closing the safe which they tried to reset. Since they werent able to they gave us a new room. Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly our whole stay. They booked us reservations for a tango show and had recommendations for nearby restaurants. Asked for a late checkout because our flight was at 8pm but because room wasnt available they offered us a 6pm checkout for an extra $45 which allowed us to explore the city for most of the day and still have time to relax before heading to the airport. We took taxis to most places we wanted to visit and it was usually around 300 pesos, around $6 so it was very affordable. The hotel was extremely affordable for our quick visit to Buenos Aires. Its a basic boutique hotel, but the staff makes up for that.
