The location is excellent in Palermo Soho. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and bars. The hotel is in a grand old house with an incredible patio and all-around greenery. The room was clean, comfortable, and with old-style touches. All around exceeded expectations. No issues at all.

The exterior was gorgeous, loved the courtyard, loved the location, the staff were accommodating, and, the best part, there was a neighborhood cat hanging around(!!). The AC unit in the room was so quiet and was really excellent in keeping the room the desired temperature.
The room was really small and uncomfortable. The sheets were stiff and starchy, it was cramped, the furniture needed to be upgraded, and the bathroom was so small that water from the shower gets everywhere and you can't fully stand in front of the sink.
