Super séjour au Bens Palermo !

Excellent séjour au Bens Palermo, très beau cadre avec ce jardin et cette petite piscine. Chambre simple et très fonctionnelle. Très bonne literie. Emplacement parfait pour rayonner dans Palermo Soho et Hollywood. Un grand merci à José pour son accueil impeccable ;-)

Everything went very well and the hotel is extremely well located in Palermo Hollywood.

The only note to make on this hotel is that they are invoicing you in USD. After some discussion with the hotel staff however, they changed the invoicing to pesos as we were in Argentina.

Lovely staff and courtyard. Garden room with balcony very nice. Great location. Booking and communication with staff excellent. Very helpful.

All rooms need more trash receptacles. A/C not up to par and the two story suite didn't have hot water. No lift to suite but staff willing to carry heavy bags up iron circular steps. Lighting and air circulation in bathrooms not good.

Perfect location. Really helpful staff. I got delicious toasted gluten-free bread every morning for breakfast (celiac). That was a luxury.

Overall - good

The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful with arranging a taxi to the airport as well as allowing us use of the pool and breakfast area until we needed to depart. The hotel is off the street and very quiet in spite of the nearby nightclubs. The breakfast offerings were excellent.

The bathroom is worn and the shower grout is moldy.

Excellent location - walkable

The location was excellent, the hotel was "fine", but old and dirty. The linens were good, but the furniture was borderline unacceptable. Most item were worn out and stained. A good decorator could work wonders...it doesn't need much. Just desperate for refreshing the rooms and property. Staff was accommodating and helpful.

felt like being welcomed into a beautiful home and being perfectly looked after!

the location was perfect and the property itself was like a little oasis in the middle of all the great restaurants and bars in Palermo. the pool and breakfast area were so relaxing, it was the perfect place to take a break from walking around the city and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. i would highly recommend.

This is a sweet and comfortable hotel with the kindest staff ever. Well worth a visit.

The staff were remarkably friendly and helpful. Garden and rooms were beautiful and comfortable with a lovely breakfast. Great location.

Just an FYI you need to check your room rate in peso's. The booking.com price was doubled when I got to the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and charged me the booking.com rate but it was stressful. Paying in cash is the best way to go if you use western union to send you money you will get 50% more than using a credit card.

Good but not super good

Despite of our first night experience, the staff was really helpful and friendly and they change us to a new room. So much comfortable room, bigger, cleaner, with a proper heater that worked perfectly. The hotel has a fantastic location as well.

Our first night we arrived late and found the heater of the room wasn't working properly, the room itself was a disappointment- old, very small, smelly and cold.

Exceptional! Located just a block from Plaza Serrano, with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel is incredibly beautiful, with a great breakfast a very helpful staff.

Excellent location, super quiet and cozy hotel. Very good breakfast. Staff was really helpful and nice. Room was clean and nice too. There´s a parking house just in front of the hotel and the area is full of cozy restaurants.
