Great location, lots of space, lovely balcony
Bathroom was a little run down, shower shelf was slanted so shampoo/conditioner bottles always slid off it

Clean, comfortable, safe, spacious,friendly staff . I speak practically zero Spanish - they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and help me eg with a taxi to airport, getting to the hop on hop off bus.

We really liked the concept of an apartman house with a 24/7 reception. It really come handy after an 8 hour delay of our plane.
The apartments are comfortable and large. It is true, that they are somewhat warn down but it goes well with the vibe of the Palermo area :). We had no problems with the cleanness of the rooms. Overall great value for money.
You need to bring mosquito spray as there are no insect screens.
The street facing apartments are somewhat noisy.

Old AC very noisy: terrible !
There should be better curtzins to avoid light in the morning
For the same price, sometimes you get a studio with kitchen, sometimes no kitchen.. Sometimes a boiler, sometimes not...
