Everything about our stay was easy and comfortable. Arrived early and dropped our bags in the lobby. They facilitated space for us to change our baby and make a bottle to feed, the room was ready early and we were messaged straight away so that we could get comfortable after our travels. Staff were very accommodating throughout our stay. The room was quiet and the aircon worked well. The location was very close to termini, we had a lot of baggage so that was a big appeal to us. There are 6 steps to the elevator and no other stairs necessary. The elevator was big enough for all our bags plus us but we only used it on arrival.

The property had a nice feel about it straight away - The host Flora was most welcoming and very friendly
Nothing really maybe took a bit of time for the hot water to come through to the shower but it wasn’t an issue!

Clean
Very difficult to unlock front door because I didn’t have very good data/wifi and the key was a virtual lock you had to unlock from your phone.
