Very relaxing. Kareem on reception was very accommodating and gave us a late check out. Quiet rooms and very clean.

I like the staff- nothing is too much for them to do. They are always super kind -the welcome and checking out is amazing.
The location - easy access for taxis/ubers etc. The hotel is clean and fresh.

Got an upgrade, big swimming pool and jacuzzi, cleaning service daily.
Just the AC in the bedroom was running wildly, had to open the window during the night

We paid extra to reserve a room with a canal view, but the room was not available when we checked in. The room the first day was not nice. On the second day, we were moved to a Canal View Room, which was nice.
The reason we selected that hotel was because of the Canal View and we paid extra to get the canal view. However, when we arrived to check in, the canal view room was not available. They had given our room to someone else. The room we had to stay in the 1st day had a very tiny balcony (too small for a chair) with a view of another building (not even a city view). It was terrible. No compensation or refund was provided to us for having to stay in a cheaper room the first night.
