This compact flat was perfect for my short stay in Perugia, with a fantastic location close to Piazza IV Novembre (just off Via dei Priori, near the top) and easy to access from the train station via the MiniMetro and then a short walk with my rolling luggage. There's one flight of stairs up to the first floor, but it wasn't a serious problem for me. Everything in the unit worked fine and I particularly noted that there are individual AC units for the main and bedroom areas - they worked very well, cooled the spaces down fast, and, although I was traveling in the autumn, I expect that this apartment would be quite comfortable even in the full heat of summer. A clothes washer is always appreciated and saved time (drying rack provided). Communication with the host was super, directions were clear and checking in and out was easy. One note for large people (you know who you are): the shower works great - lots of hot water and some SERIOUS water pressure, which you don't always find in Italy - but the enclosure is compact with a somewhat narrow corner entry, so if you think you may be too big then look elsewhere and you'll probably be happier. Overall, this was a great stay for me and I'd be happy to come back. Thanks!
