Location was excellent for shopping and dining

Close to the airport with shops nearby.
Two large double beds (two adults and two children).
Large room.
Staff at check in in the late evening seemed a bit rude. The lady next morning was very friendly and helpful though.
Carpet in the hallways was smelly.
Not much place to store your toiletries in the bathroom.

Very good hotel , friendly and very professional staff , good service , valet parking is a big bonus ( drive to hotel , leave the car at building entrance and hotel staff will take care of the car ).
Excellent beds in comfortable room , even had a steam "Styler" in the room.

The hotel's only advantage: its location—close to the shopping area, terraces, and restaurants, as well as the meeting point for organized tours.
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not live up to expectations or justify the price paid—even though this was our second visit ( present conditions, cannot compare to those of two years ago).
• Cleanliness: The room was clean but smelled of disinfectant; upon arrival, I found traces of dust on the furniture, and the bathroom showed signs of neglect regarding hygiene.
• Major improvements are needed regarding the building and room facilities.
• Disappointing breakfast with limited options.
• Staff: The reception staff showed a lack of interest and poor communication.
• Unfortunately, Ms. Helen's absence was felt.
We regret to say that we certainly will not return and cannot recommend this hotel under current conditions.
