Terrible, don’t waste your time.

Bed was comfortable, convenience store within the property.

Parking spaces tight. Room was warm because the aircon doesn’t work due to change of season. Had to open the window but ended up getting feasted on by mosquitoes, my child got at least 10 bites. Toilet was very noisy and the sensor light was very annoying. Toilet glass door felt dangerous because it is heavy and kept swinging. Was really worried my child’s toe would get caught. Breakfast was lackluster, non-appetizing and expensive. Restaurant looks run down, coffee was disgusting. Service and English speaking skills are non-existent. On my check out, my child touched the railing and the service staff snapped at him “no touch no touch”. Worst stay of my 1 week trip in Jeju.

Pleasant except for carpark

Good location, rooms are clean and well maintained

While we appreciate the free carpark provided, the entrance to the carpark (back of hotel) is a great challenge! The road is always congested with cars parked on both sides. Hence if you have a big car, it’s super challenging to manoeuvre your way to carpark, and the carpark space is also very narrow. But we appreciate a staff who was always there at B3 to help guide the parking process.

It was a very good 3 nights stay , looking forward to stay again .

Overall is not too bad except for the lack of air con system which is a major turn off.

Has a lot of retails and food and beverages outlets in the premises.

No air con system is provided and thus, there is only a small window for ventilation. There are alot of mosquitoes and the mosquito insecticide didn’t work.

Great stay!

Location was good! Just 10-15 mins away from the airport by taxi. Lots of good food around within walking distance. Had a bath tub which was great :)

Ok for one night but not the best

Location is near the airport, easy to flag taxi to airport. Lots of restaurants nearby the hotel although I didn’t eat nearby. There’s a 7-11 in the hotel itself although I didn’t visit. I like that there was adequate parking.

There is a musty smell in the corridors and room. Thankfully in the room, the smell is fainter. But the hotel feels very dated. The lifts are also quite slow, and very warm inside the lifts.

Exceptional

I only stayed the one night, checking in at 23:30 after a late flight from Seoul, so my experience of this hotel was very much check in, straight to bed, shower and check out. That said, the room was very clean, spacious and contemporary. The double bed was big and very comfortable. Free bottled water and tea making facilities are provided, which I very much appreciated when I woke up. The hotel is located a very short bus ride (one stop on line 600 to Seogwipo) from Jeju International Airport, which is primarily the reason I chose to stay here. I would happily stay again.

The bathroom floor and bath tub were both extremely slippery when wet.

location is fantastic! It's just 10mins drive to the airport~ taxi fare from jeju airport cost about S$20 (jumbo taxi) Surroundings: this hotel is surrounded with eateries and massage parlors! 10mins walking distance to main shopping are,a; down the street say about 5 mins walk you can see cafes/convenient stores/olive young...etc!! Lotte mart is about 20mins walk so we took a cab down...>.< taxi fare is ard $5 : ) The hotel room is spacious! I like the mattress firmness is just right for me not too soft not too hard~ overall i had a comfortable stay! :)

i didn't get to eat at the hotel restaurant because 1) too small and crowded ... 2) have to queue a good 15mins to get a seat too hectic for me!

Very good

Traditional room was big, though I didn't find the traditional style sleeping very comfortable. Super thin mattresses on hard floor. Wanted to give it a try once but would go for western style room if we were to stay again. Breakfast was yummy and breakfast staff was very lovely. There was a 7-eleven in the hotel and a range of restaurants within walking distance.

Was nice for this price

The room was big and they clean the room everyday. Location was fine, lots of restaurants in the area. Also, very close to the airport (12-15 minutes by taxi or bus).

The walls are very thick, I could hear when the person in the room next to us took a shower (you could hear the water running). The air condition didn't work because they were changing the air system or something, but it was fine for us. There was some noise from the street if you open the window, but it also didn't bother me much.

Large rooms, lovely staff, and great location. Close to the airport, and close enough (by bus) to pretty much everything on the island. Will be back.

Nice and clean hotel in Jeju

Sophisticated hotel in downtown Jeju City. Very close to the airport, easy to locate and simple room with great bathroom. Many good spots for food nearby. City centre easy to reach by foot.

One of the staff was a bit harsh and strict in his communication, but we got over it. Otherwise smooth transactions.

Superb

Very convenient place and right at the shopping street where my children are happy with. Near by with lots of good restaurants. Hotel staffs are friendly and able to communicate in English. Was quick in responding to request. Excellent service.

Good location, 10mins away from airport. Surrounded by many eateries.

Bump into a big group of tourists, which can be quite rough and it took us quite a bit to wait for lift.

Disappointed for a 5-star Hotel

Nothing much.

Promised 'city view' but got aircon compressor view. Was told that 'city view' meant 'no view' by front desk. Insufficient parking lots, we were luckily to find lots as we were back early. Bath room has no floor rug so bathroom floor always wet after getting out of shower.

Great!!

Interior of the bedroom was very nice, the bed was fantastic. Toilet was great, slightly small but still great! Parking available as well. Very near the street with food and shopping. Highly recommend this place!

Nice location next to airport, meets the needs of a short stay

The location is close to the airport. You can see it from your window. The bus stop to the airport is also 15mins away, just outside the hotel. Very convenient. There are a number of shops and cafes and restaurants nearby for food options. The staff at the check in could have been more friendly, they told us to go back and wait even though we were there at 2.55pm for a 3pm check-in. Apart from that the room was clean and big and the bathroom had a bathtub. Warm water and big TV. Good for a short stay before our afternoon flight the next day.

I like the clean room.

Good size & clean room. Eateries nearby till late. under 10min to airport.

No washing machine & dryer in the room or in the hotel. Parking space is narrow. Reception forgot return my passport & kept it for 2 days until I realised my passport is not with me.

If there is a choice to switch between cold and hot air in the room will be perfect. Staff could speak English and are

Good location. 5 mins from airport. Lots of eateries and convenient shops nearby.

No aircon. only heater. Jeju wasn’t cold. So the heater is of no use. Need to open window to let in cold air but not much wind. The traffic was noisy as our room faced the main road. Thus we didn’t sleep well throughout out stay.

Great location!

The room was spacious and comfortable, staff speaks english and helped with our parking. Bed was comfortable, and we liked that it has a bathtub

We wish they would provide a microwave though, and parking was a bit limited
