Apartment location was central, close to public transports, pedestrian shopping strip, and lots of places to eat. Easy to reach coming from airport with luggages. Rooms were spacious and clean. There are convenience stores close by, which make it easy.
only one elevator to use for the whole building, so sometimes have to wait, if you're on the middle floors. Parking at, or around the accomodation can be an issue if you have large vans due to limited street parking and hotel space, however staff are more than willing to help.

Location was great, apartment is modern, and nice, great view, front desk staff was pleasant!
1. Rooms only has one toilet/shower.
2. No phones in room to request towels or anything needed ( would have to go downstairs to get).
3. No irons available for usage, ( requested but told not available at property.
4. Washer/dryer cycle takes between 4 hours plus.
5. Given one key.
6. No power in room without the key, everything is completely shut off, including washer, so one must be inside to complete such duty.
7. One elevator for use of entire building.
8. No daily housekeeping.
9. Requested an extra blanket was told extra cost, so I decided not to get it.

The property is of good location. Our triple room is very homey, fully equipped and clean. You can find good foods within walking distance and is close to a shopping area and airport.
It is easy to catch Taxi to airport and buses (with few transits) to other tourist attractions.
One of the reception staff is not very helpful. We stay there for 1week with struggles to dry our clothes effectively within 3 hours. Luckily there is a rack provided for us.
