I had a long stay 14 night 15 days

I don't feel value as a customer ,because their stated services don't seem to needs of a family.

Layout of the apartment is okay. They have one private room.

It is advertised that the location includes AC. However the property attendant informed us after my family awoke from heat in the middle of the night that the AC only runs during the day to comply with building global warming codes.

Do not book this apartment under any circumstances

Every little thing . We didn't/ couldn't stay here it was NOT AS ADVERTISED no airconditioning . Kettle didnt work ,dangerous electrics ,sockets not working ,no oven ,microwave at front door ,no central lights only lamps a sofa bed that is so thin you can feel the springs underneath it. No coffee machine as advertised . No breakfast in room as advertised .no WiFi as advertised .no answer when calling host . We complained to booking .com on the 20th of June to relocate us then rang host 2 times and no answer then they sent email. we were offered another apt that was also unsuitable and a1klm away from the apt we booked again no proper facilities and only air con in 1 room and again stick thin sofa bed. And no metro near and ants crawling around . No electric kettle even and again no coffee machine . Host has stolen the city tax from us we did not stay at the apartment and they refuse to return the monies . We were asked to pay before we got the check in details again illegal as you pay after you stay not before We were left on the streets by booking .com and they will not return our monies both the 96 euro and the cost of the apartment that was over 500€ We finially got an AIRBNB apartment that was fantasticat 4 am but cost us another 435€ that we should legally get back too . Plus taxis .
