Perfect location right in the middle of restaurants and just a few buildings from the beach. Very fun atmosphere neighborhood and helpful staff.
Do not try to drive to hotel - narrow streets, with many people walking in the street. Hotel staff very helpful with directing us where to park. Park first and then walk to hotel!

The location is sensational, near beach and shopping/ eating. We paid more for Room 9 with a big balcony. Best of all was Benoit, who was so incredibly helpful to us and gave us the best Basque fish restaurant suggestion.

Location was great for walking and restaurants and close to the beach etc.
Room was tiny and although we upgraded to a room with patio it was also tiny. As hotel is situated above and close to restaurants there was a smell of cooking when sitting on the patio and due to high screens on patio very little view.
