la ubicacion excelente en pleno centro de Cagliari, la limpieza, la posibilidad de tener una maquina de lavado de ropa y los elementos de limpieza para hacerlo suministrados por el anfitrion,
La limpieza impecable, y el anfitrion siempre atento a mis inquietudes
Solo aclarar que en la calle pueden estacionar los residentes, dado que esta en el casco historico, y el estacionamiento en la calle de lineas azules de pago economico muy cerca del hospedaje, recomendado por el propietario,no suele tener lugar.
Otro detalle a tener en cuenta es que en ese estacionamiento te encontras con inmigrantes que te intiman a dejarles una moneda a ellos. (por supuesto no es culpa del propietario sino de las autoridades)

Appartement très bien situé, très propre et très bien équipé, parfait pour des vacances. Tout le nécessaire de cuisine et le linge de maison/ de bain sont fournis. Très facile pour récupérer les clés et les redéposer.
Appartement mal insonorisé, ce qui peut poser quelques problèmes de bruit le matin.

The location was excellent, very cute street and in the city centre of Cagliari. Parking was a bit challenging in this area but there is a paid parking very close to the house as well. The room was well-equipped and very clean. We got timely and clear instructions from the host on how to get the keys and access our room. Everything was very nice so we would definitely recommend!:)

Scarsa pulizia e bagno assolutamente privo di areazione e maleodorante. Attrezzatura da bagno insufficiente. Date le punture ritrovateci addosso al mattino, probabile presenza di insetti nel letto.
