It was large, furnished nicely and a good view of the pool
We live in Tenerife and have air con just in our bedroom, so it didn’t bother us that the property was advertised as only having air con in the bedroom, but that living space was unbearably hot and the overhead fan was so outdated that it did nothing to move the air, so as we had our baby with us, we ended up stuck downstairs in the bedroom all day long.

The pool bar was excellent, food drink and service and very happy staff.
Very helpful lifeguard and office staff pleasant and efficient as always.
There was a sunbed issue, all reserved and some not being used. We only wanted to swim but had nowhere to put our towels.

The staff was friendly, location is great and it’s a lovely area
You could hear everything from upstairs and adhering rooms so we would be woken up to people talking loud or scraping the floor above with their chairs, also we had multiple attempts of staff coming in to clean while we where sleeping without prior warning.
