The location cannot be beat at this price point, it's literally right behind the Grand Sheraton, only a block away from the Shinkansen exit for the beautifully renovated Hiroshima station, which has everything you could need and more (and there's a Family Mart right across the street to max out the convenience). In front of that exit are the bus stops for the maple bus and others to take you around the city, and a short walk through the station takes you to the street car terminal at the other end. The rooms were comfortable and decently spacious, with comfortable beds and amenity stations by the elevators included a selection of pillows, pajamas and yukata. The onsen on the first floor was the cherry on top, and I enjoyed using it every night we were there. The sauna was exceptionally hot and I was ready for the cold plunge after 5 minutes when I can easily stay in most saunas for 10-12.
The only thing even close to a complaint is that there's only only one small onsen facility which would probably max out at a dozen guests at a time. As such, they don't have men and women's facilities, but designate women-only from 3-8:30pm and 9pm-2am for men. This isn't the Dormy Inn, but at this price point I didn't expect any onsen, and the facilities were excellent.

Close to rail station.
The key should be upgraded to a card system. Only 1 key per guest. We must insert the key by the door for electric power. Must leave key at front desk when leaving hotel.
Only 1 Onsen is not gender equitable-men have longer & better hours.
