Great room, Compact, clean, great shower, very comfortable and great staff. Location good as 15 min walk to tourist spots. Right near train station, 5 min walk. Comfy bed (apart from near the edge where people have been sitting on bed) Breakfast was amazing
Remove the Tattoo restriction from the onson. Bed was a little worn on one side where people have been sitting on edge of bed, it has misshaped the mattress. Matresses need turning. But still comfy. More tea and coffee in the rooms instead of having to go downstairs. Laudrette does not dry clothes even though paid to wash and dry.

Excellent location, close to the main train station.
Modern, clean facility
Breakfast was good, although somewhat expensive.
Rooms and bathrooms are very small, with limited space for luggage or hanging clothes (although this is fairly standard in Japan).
We booked a superior room with an extra-large bed, but it significantly reduced the available space in the room.

Reasonably priced, near the train station, Lawson on the ground floor.
Massive queue on arrival as check-in machines are slow and confusing. Tiny room and the mattress was worn out and too soft, so we didn't sleep well and had a backache during the whole stay. The area around the hotel is boring and you have to walk far or take a bus to get to sights and restaurants.
