Overall, the stay was convenient and comfortable as our main purpose of the stay was to get to airport earlier in the morning. The highlight for me was the free Netflix account dedicated to the room, which was perfect for relaxing in the evening, and my four-year-old especially enjoyed it. The key pick-up and drop-off process was simple, and the loft area was cleaner than the main living space, with extra charging cables for different devices that were very handy
However, there were several drawbacks. The staff were not very friendly and did not offer help even though I had three pieces of luggage and a young child. The floor was not properly cleaned, with visible clumps of hair in the living room, and the bathroom was poorly designed — there was no shower curtain and the shower area was extremely small, so the entire floor became wet and I had to lay towels down to keep it usable. The location wise, it was quite difficult to get a Grab ride to Queens Waterfront and Queensbay Mall in the evening, and because it was just before Chinese New Year, fireworks continued late into the night.
