Perfect location, close to everything. Connie is very helpful, she will answer all of your questions. Nice Wi-Fi for Galápagos even though spotty sometimes.

An excellent choice at a reasonable price.

Our apartment was super clean and kept that way every day. The hosts went out of their way to help us with anything we needed, and the location offered easy access to shopping, great restaurants, and tour booking agencies.

The only downside of our stay was also due to the location of the property. It was conveniently located for shopping and tours, but on Friday and Saturday night that area of Puerta Ayora is party time central. Super loud party time till like 2 am.

can't imagine a better place to base yourself on Santa Cruz

owner Conni and her husband met us upon arrival. even with our timing being earlier than posted check-in, there was no issue with accessing our apartment. they both helped us move our bags upstairs. the superior apartment seemed new or newly remodeled and faced a courtyard rather than the street. very quiet. clean and spacious-we wanted as much space as possible-with all the amenities you could need to for a long stay. two queens, AC, tv, and good storage in the bedroom. 2 sofas in sitting area and lovely granite & tile kitchen area with dining table. fresh drinking water provided. also some drinks and snacks available (at an extra cost). really wish we had made it to the rooftop terrace. only small concerns for us were the mattresses being very firm (we found this everywhere we stayed) and one of the sofas being difficult comfort wise because it was very soft. mostly our issue. we also had difficulty with getting the shower to a consistent temp. Conni was the most helpful host we had during our entire islands visit. great info on how the apartment worked. plus she also hooked us up with a travel service-Marcia at Entremares Travel-who was a god send on booking tours and ferry tickets. Conni also provides laundry service and we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly our clothes were returned. she even was helpful enough to do a second load after we returned from a day of beach and snorkel time so we needn't worry about packing wet clothes. daily cleaning and bed make up were very pleasant surprises also. i can't recommend Bayview Apts more. i would jump on a chance to stay here if you are visiting the island Tip-our taxi driver was unfamiliar with the location of the apartments on arrival. once we located the small wall sign and the brown door we could navigate ok. we found an easy way to direct taxi drivers to locate was to tell them you wanted to go to the LATAM airline office which they all seemed to know.

Great location on the sea front, close to bars and restaurants. Few meters to the Pier.

The Suite/Apartment is very comfortable and well-kept by the owners. Connie was there to greet us and hand us the keys. The building is very safe, and the Suite had a small balcony facing the sea. The owner allows guests to go to the top floor terrace, where you find amenities, sun chairs, and a nice view of the bay in front of Puerto Ayora. Kitchen is modern and has all you need for your stay.

Perfect location, large, clean and comfortable.

This property is in the perfect location. It is located right by the three docks that are used for the water taxis and the dive boats. It is on a beautiful section of the main road that has all the great dining options and shopping, as well as being a short walk to the grocery store at the end of the street. The property was very comfortable for our family of three. We could’ve had one or two more people and still had plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable.The kitchen was large and well stocked. I didn’t realize when I booked that we would have daily maid service which was great. When I booked, I was unsure of how hard it would be to get our large dive bags up the stairs, since there is no elevator, but it was not a problem. The rooftop sundeck was beautiful, with a fantastic view of the marina and all of the sailing vessels, as well as the well landscaped and lively Street below. The apartment had one air conditioning unit in the bedroom, but it was sufficient to cool the entire apartment very nicely. It was also a very quiet air conditioner. The bedroom was quiet at night despite noise from the street because the bedroom is in the back. Connie was very kind and helped me use the washer and dryer in the back of the building. Connie was also very quick to answer any questions that we had during our stay. This trip was supposed to be a once in a lifetime trip, but we all enjoyed it so much that I think we may have to return, and if we do, we will be staying at the Galapagos Apartments-Bay View House.

good solid apartment…

safe, modern, comfortable. Connie, property manager, was responsive and addressed all my concerns.

no hair dryer and shower products came with the rental fortunately I brought my own. cleaning staff turns off the AC daily and it takes time to cool down the apartment - after letting PM know, AC was left on ..

Best accommodation Puerto Ayora

The apartment has a very good location, near the ferry terminal. It was sparkling clean and it was well equiped. Connie helped us with everything we needed and he made us feeling like home. I can't recommend it enough.

There is nothing to dislike.

it was a serviced apartment on the main street central to restaurants, bank, supermarket etc

would like better block out blinds / drapes, such a lot of light came in from outside street lighting

Great location for accessing the port, finding a restaurant or just meandering around. The room was even nicer than expected and the owners and staff are great. AC worked great. TV had some channels to choose from but don't plan on streaming anything (that goes for anywhere in Galapagos).

Internet was better in the apartment than in most places around town but was still an issue for me. The location can be a little noisy until around 10pm. If planning to use the pullout bed in the living room area, the shades do not sufficiently block the light coming from the street lights. The noise and light, however, did not bother our little one, so it was a non-issue for us.

Location is amazing. We had a seaview apartment and the view was amazing. The property provides unlimited fresh water. Everything you need is in the apartment. Tv works fine although all spanish channels. Very easy access to the building which is locked at all times so very secure although galapagos is super safe. The technology to enter the building is top shelf. Ac worked perfectly and its needed. Bathroom is very comfortable. The property owners are available 24/7 and immediately address any issues. Embarrassingly towels were in bathroom cupboards and i thought they hadnt been stocked. The owners immediately gave me another set no questions asked. I later apologized for the mix up.

Wifi was almost non existant and although at&t says you can have mobile in galapagos, and despite getting very good reception, they never sent the text to connect. Regarding wifi, my computer was telling me the system is outdated. That said you will be lucky to find reliable wifi on any of the islands at any location because the service from the provider is also very poor. We managed to get a little more reliable connection at la renata sushi restaurant a block away which i highly recommend. The food is fantastic. They also showed the nba playoff games when they broadcast on espn 2.

Perfect property for diving and enjoying the main street

Location was perfect for our needs - close to dive shop, restaurants, markets, shopping. View of the harbor was pleasant from a private balcony. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was great having a full kitchen for breakfast and leftovers. Conni made us feel so welcome and was helpful with questions.

Internet connection could have been more reliable.

Awesome location if you plan to use the marina for snorkeling, scuba or ferries...literally everything from restaurants to shops to tours are right there. However, street noise can be a factor. If you are sensitive to that ask for 2 bed apartment 2b....very modern and functiona kitchenl for a long term stay..

Downtown apartment is perfect jump off point.

The location is prime, kitchen has everything you need. Roof top porch is amazing.

Nothing but it is worth saying there is not a door between the bedroom and living room, for any parents/couples looking for privacy. However my daughter liked the pull out couch, it was comfortable and large enough for an adult.

Everything else was great! The condo is in very great shape, AC works well, bedroom is separate from living room, there's water. The location could not be better, it's right in the middle of AvCharles Darwin with a view of the beach and a balcony! The owner was also extremely helpful, she provided me the contact information for the COVID test facilities, which I had tried to find on Google but couldn't! Really want to thank her for that.

We were 4 and got bed space for 3 which was not the best arrangement and not clear when we chose the place, however we got an extra mattress...
