About this condo rental
Located in Seattle, this charming condo for $168 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Ravenna/Greenlake cozy apartment with separate entrance and off street parking. Walk to Greenlake, University district, UW campus, Burke museum. Short drive to Lake Union, Pike Place Market, Museums and Seattle Center. Spacious, stylish, sunny apartment with large patio. Apartment is near bus stops, bakeries, pubs, many coffee shops, restaurants, bookstores, parks, Whole Foods and University Village makes it a perfect spot for your urban vacation. You have a private entrance through french door that can open fully for easy patio access. The kitchen is modern and efficient with enough room for two or three cooks . It has a full size gas cooktop, oven, refrigerator (stocked with condiments), dishwasher, toaster, microwave and electric kettle, freshly ground coffee and often a little tasty surprise. The bedrooms are cozy with views to the garden. The first bedroom which I call the yellow room has a firm queen bed with down comforter and pillows. The second bedroom with attached bathroom has a full size new bed with a 4" memory foam topper. The bathroom is smallish with a retro blue sink and Mondrian inspired tile work. NOTE: ENSUITE BATHROOM . There's Wifi, TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix, DVD player, movies and a selection of interesting reads. ALSO ADDED-NEW CRIB FOR THE LITTLE ONE.

Gorgeous space close to the tourist attractions but in a nice quiet neighborhood. There were some great restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful gardens and checking in/out was a breeze. If you’re going to Seattle definitely stay here!!

Nice property in wonderful location, exactly as described. The property owner was helpful, and quickly responded to any questions we had. Offstreet parking was also greatly appreciated, especially on the narrow streets of Seattle. Would stay again!

Close to where you want to go without being too close. Good place, just caution for anyone 6’6” or taller, because some low beams.

I couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The accommodations were comfy and roomy. For spending over a week in Seattle with my family of 5 it was a great layout and we found everything we needed. Sabina was a great hostess and was always quick to respond.
If I would offer any suggestions it would be to put a sidebar/credenza/accent table on one of the walls between the bedrooms with a large mirror over it. Having extra space to get ready for hair and makeup would be nice.

Nice location, great host and a cute property. I would stay there again. The streets in the neighborhood some how allow for parking on both sides making it essentially a one lane, 2 way road. Larger vehicles will have difficulty navigating.

To be so close to a big city, but feel at home in one of the most fabulous suites I've visited. Feel so lucky to have found this gem and hope it'll be available if ever again I travel to Seattle :)

A lovely, private, well-decorated apartment
The place is even nicer than it looks in its photos -- clean, comfortable, spacious, and decorated in a charming European/1950s retro style. The beds were cozy and the kitchen nicely laid out (loved that elegant gas stove!). As others have noted, the one drawback is that the sole bathroom can be accessed only via one of the two bedrooms, but if you're a couple or family, that's a minor matter. And other pleasant features, like the nice French-door entry and private patio, make up for that one small drawback. Sabina, our hostess, was friendly and helpful, too.

Beautiful sanctuary offers access to the best of Seattle!
What a gem! Clean, well appointed. Cut flowers in every room! Owner offered quick and helpful communication. This was a peaceful sanctuary during hospital test visit. Neighborhood allowed for walks-close parks and trails. During Covid-19 restrictions, we were able to cook our own food and stay safe. Highly recommend!
