Friendly, polite and professional door staff and reception staff.
Very noisy. Much more soundproofing required especially for the noise coming from the city. This noise kept us awake.
The shower was boiling hot all the time even when we tried to adjust the temperature.
When we called room service to ask for more tea and real milk, they just brought up more coffee, sugar and creamer.
The lifts don't always work.
