Nice location loved everything
They need to buy new bath towels please the ones they hav doesn’t suit the standard of the hotel they smell very bed white old towels with black marks tone apart

The location is very convenient. It is right in the center of the CBD. This facilitates easy access to several business venues, shops, supermarkets and banking facilities.
There was no hot water in the two rooms where my family members were allocated. This was the least thing that I expected at such a hotel. You need to improve on that aspect.

Mediocre breakfast over cooked sausages poor service in the dining room asked for scrambled eggs and got beaten eggs swimming in cooking oil
Kept getting locked out of my room so every day had to ask for new key assessment
