The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Warm water as well. Relaxing environment and reasonable pricing of the room
The reception staff took too long to attend to me. Its the second time whenever they have a group coming in And please they shouldnt tell clients that they have a group that they dealing with as if single bookings dont matter when there are groups whoever those groups are. Also fix the aircon please. Orherwise nice stay as always

Location is perfect just near town centre for convenience
The bathroom sinks need to be cleaned better. Visible dirt seen in the corners of the sink

The bed was comfy and the water was warm. The room was spacious. Good location.
The toilet basin was clogged it was difficult to brush the teeth. The flash system wasn't stopping dripping water you have to do a tactic to be able to stop the water. Check in process was too manual. I ended up with hip pain because of standing long que que.Despite paying earlier my key was supposed to be ready but all the staff seemed confused like they were not trained to do the work.
