The studio was perfect for myself, wife, newborn and dog. It had everything we needed and was a perfect location for us to do everything Lancelin has to offer. The coffee van at the caravan park down the road is also a gem with sensational jaffles to start the day.

Really nice place. A short stroll to the beach. Very clean and the studio was well equipped. Aircon works a treat on hot summer days. Perfect place to bring your dogs.

The property had everything you could want, coffee machine, great gas oven, toaster, kettle sandwich maker, good size fridge. We loved the garden, it was a little oasis and we had a wonderful stay with our Jack Russell. We couldnt have asked for a more peaceful and relaxing environment. Communication with Martina was great. Would 100% recommend Studio7.

What a great break we had! Such a comfortable bed!! It was a relief to stay in a holiday home with a really good bed, doona, sheets and pillows. Spotlessly clean and comfy. The kitchen had more than enough equipment. I could even have baked a cake I’d wanted to! I didn’t. 😉 Coffee pod machine worked well and was clean, as was the stove-top, sandwich press, toaster and kettle. Lots of plates, bowls, cutlery etc The BBQ was in good working order and the utensils were clean and working. No complaints at all. The TV met my partner’s needs to watch the World Cup with no static or problems at all. The couch was comfy. Shower worked well. An exhaust fan in the bathroom might be an extra touch but it’s my only suggestion. My partner said the wifi/internet was a bit sketchy (one bar)a few times but I didn’t go away needing to work so I’m honestly happy that it kept him off his computer. 🤣😂😉 The aircon, mostly on fan, was excellent. The magazine selection was a welcome surprise. The garden is lovely and the frog 🐸 chorus and the stars ✨ so good. We met Daniel once and he was readily available by phone if we’d needed him. I love that he gave us our privacy. The studio is in easy walking distance to the beaches and cafe/bakery. We’d definitely recommend Studio 7 and feel as though it was good value for our money. This break was needed on so many levels and we had no quibbles about anything. THANK YOU ♥️

We check out this morning and have thoroughly enjoyed our little getaway. The studio is perfect, private and you cannot want for anymore. The bed is particularly luxurious and the outside garden is lovely and lush. Great to sit in and catch some sun. Goodbye Lancelin, it was very nice to meet you, I think we will be coming back. 💙

The property was well equipped and in a good location, a short walk from the beach, coffee shop and IGA. It is a spacious studio with everything you need for self catering. We took our dog and there is a small fenced yard. Instructions were good as was parking. Hassle free holiday.

The apartment was just right for my husband and myself. Plus our dog was made welcome too. It had a beautiful courtyard garden that was a great sun trap and it was fenced in. It had everything we needed for our stay and within walking distance to pretty much everything.

My husband and I and our pooch stayed at "studio 7" feels like heaven for a week, was very peaceful and a short walk to the beach, the sand was so soft like powder, we enjoyed our daily walks and swims and fishing too. Our dog was not used to the waves and got dumped a few times but was dog surfing by the weeks end.The studio has every need possible and walking distance to shops and Bakery and park, tavern is a bit further enjoyable walk if that suits you. The only negative was little black ants a bit of a problem overall we had a great restful stay, thankyou Tina.
