best price, best location. clean room, friendly service and neighbours. you can have a breakfast in the chilly interior garden . I gonna come back one time. one more unexpected nice detail - when you open the door to leave the building it will smell of fresh pastries, because Lidl is nearby. In the morning, the smell of chocolate croissant is beautiful.
you can receive a room with window to interior garden or to noisy avenue. all night there was active traffic, a few Emergencies. and then we were woken up at 7 in the morning by the road workers. Closed window didnot resque our sleep. anyway we are tourists and were not going to stay in the room all day, just for night rest.

Very clean,responsive and friendly staff, free WiFi,minimalistic ,price , close to everything ,metro under guesthouse
Broken AC replaced with fan, very noisy (street facing) ,smelly entrance (kebab place under guesthouse ), very early check out 8:00 very late check in 15:00, shared fridge ,pc screen for tv , water hot cold in waves.
