Central, accessible and neat
The Wi-Fi was poor! It frustrated me especially room number 4. Even though they claimed to fix it, nothing changed. I can only use WIFi when I come out to the hall way or general area. Plug sockets should be close to the bed but it was rather far away

Really nice staff, very responsive and helpful. The price was excellent, room was a decent size, facing a courtyard so quiet, and the shower worked fine.
Beds/bedding could do with replacing. They were clean, just felt a little old and not that comfortable but can’t really complain because was so affordable.
5 / 10·Oct 2025
We stayed at Fanni Budapest Guesthouse from 5–10 October 2025 in a twin room on the first
floor ( with around 6 or 7 stairs). The location is convenient, with easy access to buses for
sightseeing. The room was clean and spacious, and the floor was quiet. The bathroom was
also clean, although the water turned cold once.
The kitchen was poorly equipped—just a fridge (freezer off), a small single-element
stove, a microwave, and a few dishes—no pots or pans.
We were told on the first day that we had to pick up our key at Omega Guesthouse, 8 minutes walk
away, which was confusing. Additionally, the information was sent to us quite late, so this
may be inconvenient if you have children or heavy luggage.
The guesthouse had a WhatsApp number, which they used to send us messages about check-
in. However, they did not respond to our questions or requests regarding the room.
The most important issue was the heating, which unfortunately was off during our stay in
October. It was very cold, especially at night. Although we sent a message about it, we later
heard from a neighbor that the heating would not be turned on until 16 October.
